길거리 파이터로 알려진 막가 싸움꾼 '상구'. 어느 날, 단짝 '문재'가 '민국' 패거리에게 일방적 구타를 당한다. 분노한 '상구'는 오직 복수를 위해 '민국' 패거리를 찾아 나서고, '민국'이 다니는 '설한 격투기 특성화 고등학교'의 전학생이 된다.  오직 격투만을 위한 학교, 그 곳에는 격투 대회 출전권이 걸린 교내 파이트 리그가 공식적으로 열리고 있었고, '상구'는 학교의 실세 '민국'과 제대로 한 판 붙기 위해 파이트 토너먼트에 참가하며 링 위에 오른다.  싸움의 절대강자 등장! 레전드 오브 '파이트 리그'가 시작된다!
