아들 둘과 사는 외로운 홀아비 기봉. 유일한 낙은 노래방 도우미랑 노는 일이다. 어느 날 옆집에 자매 정원과 윤정이 이사를 오게 되고여자들만 살기 때문에 기봉에게 간단한 집안일을 부탁하는 자매들. 아들들도 옆집 자매를 노린다. 기봉과 아들 현우, 정훈은 옆집 자매들과 관계를 맺으며 살아간다.
