조자룡[신작영화]
공손찬 휘하의 최정예 기마대 '백마의종'의 선봉장 조자룡은 전쟁에 회의를 느끼고, 최정예 기마대 '백마의종 조자룡', 조카 '량아'를 위해 고향인 상산으로 돌아가 은거를 하게 된다. 하지만 몇 년 뒤, 량아는 조자룡을 쫒아온 조조의 장수 '하우는'에게 죽임을 당하고 조조군의 '하후은'에게 조카 량아가 목숨을 잃게되고 조자룡은 하후은에게 도전하지만 패하고 만다. 간신히 목숨만 부지한 조자룡은 백성을 아끼는 유비의 휘하에 들어가게 되고, 얼마 후 조조의 50만 대군이 유비가 있는 형주를 공격해 온다. 조조군이 형주를 침략하게 되고 유비는 백성을 이끌고 도망을 가게 된다, 형주에서 도망치던 유비군은 혼란 속에서 감부인과 아들 유선을 잃게 되지만 조자룡이 찾으러 가게 되고, 감부인은 죽고 말지만 유선은 찾아내 유비에게로 향한다. 이윽고 8년 전에 패배한 하후은과 다시 한번 목숨을 건 대결을 하게 되는데....
